- We bought a perm site last year and it came with this trailer. It is serviceable but we want to make you aware of the following conditions:
– There is a small leak over the slide
– There is a small leak inside the right side bedroom wardrobe
– The slide does not go in, but it can be moved to a site as is
– Needs a new electrical cable, the current cable works but is damaged
– The floor has soft spots and one small area need repair at living room entrance
Everything in the camper is in workable condition, water, heat, air conditioning, refrigerator, microwave, stove, shower, sink etc.We were offered $2,500 from a dealer on a trade but due to the slide, it cannot be transported offsite.
