This purchase includes all structures and camper on the site, their identified contents and the right to a seasonal camping agreement with The Woods, but it does not include the actual real estate of the site.

The main structure is a cabin/trailer (approximately 18′ x 30′) with a full metal roof.  There is vinyl or laminate flooring throughout.  The cabin contains a spacious living room & full kitchen.

Trailer: The vintage trailer has been fully renovated down to the studs and rebuilt as 2 Bedrooms (1 Queen, 1 Full) with an adjoining full residential bath.  The bathroom includes a 4′ shower, elongated porcelain toilet w/ bidet, new 10L tankless hot water heater, direct sewer connection (no holding tanks), and storage.  The Bedrooms include captain’s beds with memory foam mattresses, built in storage, clothes rod, and 2 flat screen TVs (1 smart).  There is also an office/desk area to work from camp.

The cabin is furnished with a seating area (including futon sofa), a dining area, and a full kitchen.

The site and cabin will be left as turnkey as the new owners wish.  I do not wish to leave items only for you to have to throw them away.  Instruction manuals as well as one on one training in Winterizing and maintaining the site will be provided as well.
