This spacious travel trailer has been our home away from home at The Woods and is being offered specifically to another Woods camper. It is stored in the campground’s RV storage field and has been moved from storage to our rented site for long weekends.
One of the trailer’s best features is the unusually large rear living room. It is one of the largest living areas we have seen in a travel trailer, with two slide-outs that create an open, comfortable space. The room includes an electric fireplace, comfortable seating, a dining area, and a 42-inch flat-screen TV that retracts into the mantel when not in use. A third slide-out provides additional space in the bedroom.
The interior was updated in 2021 with new paint, vinyl wood flooring, and carpeting. As part of that work, an area of subfloor in the kitchen that had been affected by a prior interior sink leak was replaced and reinforced with steel supports. The repaired area is solid. The trailer is in good overall condition with cosmetic wear consistent with its age.
We would happily keep the trailer, but changing life circumstances mean we expect to visit The Woods only occasionally in the future. We would love for this comfortable, fully furnished, move-in-ready setup to go to someone who can enjoy it more regularly.
