Whether you made an error or just would like to extend (or reduce) your stay, our Guest Services team can help edit your reservation for you.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee your same site # will be available on the new dates you’re requesting.
If you’re reducing the nights of your reservation, that is considered cancelling those nights which will follow our normal cancellation timelines in regards to a credit or refund.
- 15+ days prior to arrival: 90% refund* or credit of deposit towards another date in the same season.
- 8-14 days prior to arrival: 50% refund* or credit of deposit towards another date in the same season.
- 7 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit your deposit.
* A refund will only be issued if the reservation was made with our flex pricing rate. Flex rate follows normal cancellation policy timeframes.
