Cancellation Policy

15+ days prior to arrival: 90% refund* or credit of deposit towards another date in the same season.
8-14 days prior to arrival: 50% refund* or credit of deposit towards another date in the same season.
7 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit your deposit.

* A refund will only be issued if the reservation was made with our flex pricing rate. Flex rate follows normal cancellation policy timeframes.

I didn't book using Flex Rate 😢

If you’re cancelling a reservation and didn’t use Flex Rate or if you’re cancelling in a period too close to your arrival date and won’t receive a refund or credit, you can try to transfer your reservation to another person. If you’re able to find someone to take over the reservation, they would pay you and we can transfer the reservation for a $15 admin fee.
Most guests advertise offerings like this on The Woods Camping Resort Camping Buddies Facebook Group. After you’re paid, use our Transfer Form.
