There are many ways to stay fit while you’re camping at The Woods! 

  • Our outdoor fitness center has 11 workout units to keep you toned during your stay,
  • Need to get your steps in?  Our hiking trails total over 3 miles of terrain with a variety of difficulty levels.
  • The Woods offers free Yoga weekend mornings.  All levels are welcome for these hour long sessions.
  • Bicyclists, there’s a convenient 6-mile loop on the public roads that surround The Woods.  This route is a good workout with varying levels of hills.
