Whether you made an error or something else came up, our Guest Services team can help edit your reservation dates for you.
Please understand that we cannot guarantee your same site # (or any site) will be available on the new dates you’re requesting.
By changing the dates of your stay, you original reservation will be considered a cancellation which will follow our normal cancellation timelines in regards to credit towards your new camping dates
If you want to simply add or delete nights from your current reservation, that is a different form found HERE.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- 15+ days prior to arrival: 90% refund* or credit of deposit towards another date in the same season.
- 8-14 days prior to arrival: 50% refund* or credit of deposit towards another date in the same season.
- 7 days or less prior to arrival will forfeit your deposit.
* A refund will only be issued if the reservation was made with our flex pricing rate. Flex rate follows normal cancellation policy timeframes.
