From Arrival to Your Campsite in Minutes!
The Woods has developed a weekend express check-in program for guests who qualify with the following conditions:
- The guests listed on the reservation represent the finalized attendee list. Adding or deleting guests within a week of your arrival can affect your eligibility.
- All guests on the reservation must have current and active (paid) memberships.* As a result, Express Check-in cannot be done for your first visit of the season.
- All guests on the reservation must present an actual or digital Woods Membership Card upon arrival. Create your digital card here
- The dates of your reservation must be set. Adding or deleting nights within a week of your arrival can affect your eligibility.
- Your reservation must be paid in full for all guests listed.
- All vehicles parked at The Woods for your stay must be registered on your reservation**
- If you store your RV with us, your storage fees balance must be current Log into your Woods account to view your Storage Fees journal
- If we valet your RV to your site, your valet must be registered on your reservation. Log into your Woods account to list your reservations and verify if they indicate a valet is scheduled
If you don’t meet these conditions, you may still be able to qualify by using the submission form below.
Submissions must be received at least 2 days prior to your arrival date.
* The membership condition cannot be done virtually. Memberships must be completed at the Guest Services desk so we can confirm your identity.
** Guests using rental cars are ineligible for Express Check-in since you won’t know your vehicle’s tag number until the day of arrival.
Add or Remove guests from your reservation:
Use this form to Add/Remove guests from your reservation. If you are adding, you must choose to pay for them using the primary camper’s card on file. Payment at the time of arrival is not an option for Express Check-In.
