Woods Resort Credit

The Woods Campground manages a Resort Credit journal for each guest.  The primary way to gain Resort Credit is when a campsite reservation that was paid for using our regular rates is cancelled.

As is outlined on our cancellation policy, if you cancel:

  • 15+ days prior to arrival, you’ll receive 90% of your payment as Resort Credit.
  • 8-14 days prior to arrival, you’ll receive 50% of your payment as Resort Credit.

The credit expires at the end of the camping season it was given.

How do I use my credit to pay?

Your credit is good for paying for reservations, memberships, store items, or Woods food services (Cafe and Cabana).

To use your credit to make an online reservation, you need to do nothing.  The system knows your credit amount and will offer to use it before any other form of payment.

To use your credit at the Guest Services desk, the Woods store checkout, the Cafe at The Woods or the Pool Cabana, just tell the Woods team member that you have Woods Resort Credit and they will look up your balance to apply funds towards your purchase.
