Hello Campers!
It’s that time of year when we solicit our prior seasonal campsite holders to see if you will be renewing for the new season.
We have a number of new people interested in the program but we first must know what, if any, sites will be coming available.
Please note – you will not be offered a renewal if your site fees journal has an unpaid balance on February 1st.
Classification of Seasonal Campsites at The Woods
PERMANENT CAMPSITES
These sites are only available with a purchase.
Please visit our RV’s & Campsites for sale page for a list of sites for sale. If a perm site occupant decides to sell the property on their site, it will be listed on that page.
SEMI-PERM or “SPERM” CAMPSITES
These are terms many guests use, but they are not official classifications of campsites at The Woods. Please see below for the different ways to camp seasonally at The Woods Camping Resort.
FULL SEASON WEEKEND RESERVATION SITES*
These sites are booked for the entire season. Amenities vary. Most have water, electric and sewer. Some have water and electric. A site in the tent grove is also an option. Regular weekend rates apply. There are no discounts for this program and storage fees are not included. Prior season program participants get the first right of renewal. The program is not transferable if you sell your camping equipment.
FULL SEASON WEEKEND OVERFLOW RESERVATION SITES*
These sites are booked for the entire season. Amenities are not offered but some areas have electric which can be purchased upon arrival of each stay. Consistent guests will be allowed to keep their camper in the same spot for the entire season. Storage fees are not included. Options exist in Overflow Areas A, B, C.
FIELD SITES
These sites are booked for the entire season. These sites include water, electric and sewer. They’re located in the rows at the bottom of the center field and along Diversity Way and pay one price for all nights of the camping season. The program is not transferable if you sell your camping equipment.
*Full Season Weekend Reservation site costs are for weekend periods only. Weeknights can be arranged with an unliited one price option or a 50% ala carte rate which is paid upon arrival.
