This purchase includes all structures and campers on the site, their identified contents and the right to a seasonal camping agreement with The Woods, but it does not include the actual real estate of the site.
The Cabin: The cabin features a gas fireplace, skylights and a window unit AC. This extension to your inside living area is exclusive to units from the original Historic District of camp. The rear of the cabin also features a large attached screen room with furniture.
