Site 6 is one of the larger sites in camp’s “historic district.” It’s located on Lakeside Dr.
CABIN: The cabin was completely rebuilt (2014) & is surrounded by a large deck for entertaining with a firepit & fishpond for peaceful evenings. The cabin has A/C, ceiling fan, electric fireplace heater, futon sofa bed, full-size refrigerator & cabinet storage. The cabin is surrounded by a large deck for entertaining along with a firepit & fishpond for those peaceful evenings. It has an attached covered outdoor kitchen with a 30” propane range & double stainless sink. The bathroom has a porcelain toilet & covered outdoor shower.
5th Wheel Trailer: On the lower back portion of the site is a 2005 27’ Fleetwood Pegasus. The RV has a separate bedroom with storage & wall mount TV. There’s additional sleeping for 4 in the main area of the RV. Refrigerator & A/C are in good working order. It’s not currently hooked up to water/sewer (plumbing was in working order before moving to this site). The RV is covered by a metal roof structure (new in 2020).
The site also has a storage shed & two storage boxes. All cabin furnishings & deck furniture are included.
Showings will start on Sunday, 9/18 & will end at 5:00 on Sunday, 9/25.

The sale of site 6 will be by highest bid through this form.
Bids will be accepted until Xpm on X/X/22.
There is a reserve bid of $X,000.
Your bid will be registered and you will be contacted if you are out-bid at which time you can bid higher or withdraw from bidding. The bids will be presented to the current site owner and the winning bidder will be contacted. Runner ups will be on standby until the sale is finalized.
