> Storage fee is $15 per week.

> If RV remains in storage without a current year Storage Agreement, this agreement will be perpetual and any universal storage fee increases will be applied to this RV as well.

> Storage fees must be paid in advance through your next scheduled visit. At the beginning and end of camping season, RV owner agrees and permits Camp to settle up all unpaid storage fees via any owner's credit card on file. Any unpaid balance will incur a 1.5% month penalty of the unpaid balance.

> Any RV movement is up to the owner of the RV. Valet service is provided by Camp with prior arrangements.

> All RVs must be moved back to the Storage Area at the end of your reservation.

> If need be, stored unit must be able to be moved by Camp. Don't use stabilization jacks.

> Any motor homes or hitch locks must have duplicate key made for office.

> Post permit in the front left window or strap to the battery box or propane bottle of units without windows.

> Camp reserves the right to revoke a RV storage permit at any time without notice.

> Any RV found in storage area without a storage permit will be towed at the RV owner's expense to a compound without further notice.

> Storage is at your own risk. Camp is not responsible for damage or theft.

> RV owner will be solely responsible for insurance covering any type of damage whatsoever to the unit while in storage on Camp lands (e.g., snow, wind, malicious damage, accidents, etc.)

> RV owner agrees to save harmless and release Camp from any damages or costs associated with storage or removal of the owner's RV upon Camp premises.

> The RV owner/occupant further acknowledges and accepts that Camp personnel are not providing any type of security with respect to the use of the Camp storage area.
