The sale of site 154 will be by highest bid through this form. There is a reserve of $60k.
You can submit a current and highest bid along with instructions of what increments to raise your bid with the intention to outbid other offers that are submitted. Indicate this in the notes.
Bids will be accepted until 5pm on 08/03/26.
Your bid will be registered, and you will be contacted if you are out-bid at which time you can bid higher or withdraw from bidding. The bids will be presented to the current site owner, and the winning bidder will be contacted. Runner ups will be on standby until the sale is finalized.
